2 Minute Mango Sorbet

2 Min Mango Sorbet
Attributes: raw, vegan, dairy free and gluten free, a sweet treat
4 C frozen organic mango chunks
1/2 C maple syrup or raw agave nectar
1 T lemon juice
Directions: Let the frozen mangos sit outside the freezer for 10 minutes. Longer time if freezer is set to very cold. Pour maple syrup and lemon juice into the blender first, then add the mangoes. Blend until smooth using the plunger with the lid on. Scoop into bowls and serve for immediate satisfaction!”
Optional: lessen the sweetener for a less sweet gelato or add ½ C soaked raw cashews. Fresh mango can be used just add freezing time of two hours or longer for harder dessert.
