Bitter Melon

Attributes:  raw, vegan, dairy free, immune booster
Equipment:  juicer

1/2 bitter melon
1/2 C pineapple, skinned & cored
1 apple
3 stalks celery
3 stalks red kale

Directions:  Juice all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve for immediate satisfaction.”

Optional:  To slow sugar uptake, juice only celery, kale and bitter melon then add to a blender with pineapple and apple, blend all. This solution provides soluble fibre.”
