Blue Lagoon Smoothie
Everyone I’ve shared with recipe with is crazy for it! I’m over the moon with joy since it’s a real killer to stomach bacteria, mainly Pylori-H, the one that causes ulcers. This drink is good for so many more reasons! It is amazing for anti-oxidants and good for soothing the mucosal lining of the digestive tract (all 30+ feet)! Blue Lagoon is filled with vitamins A, Bs, C, folate, minerals calcium, zinc (needed for detoxification), potassium, chromium (helps with blood sugar regulation), magnesium, copper and iron; contains 15+ different amino acids, has enzymes & natural saccharides (food for the brain). It’s anti-inflammatory, anti-parasitic and contains analgesic properties (reduces pain). The very best attribute of this drink is it tastes delicious! Cheers to you and your loved ones!

1 large aloe leaf
30 Logan fruit, if canned drain off juice
1/2 C blueberries
1/2 C spinach
1/4 C pine nuts
Directions: Remove skin of aloe leaf with sharp knife, as one would remove skin on a fish and cut succulent to fit in blender to measure about 3/4 C. Add to blender with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately for maximum benefit.”
Optional: Can be refrigerated in a sealed glass jar for up to 24 hours.”
