Milk Toast For Breakfast
Fast and simple yet oh so delicious and filling! Not too worry though, the nutrients and fibre are there to help keep the energy going for awhile. Best with a vegan milk on gluten-free raisin bread. Hot In The Kitchen love breakfast!

Attributes: vegan, gluten free and dairy free, a classic breakfast
2 slices gluten free raison bread
1 tsp raw honey
1 C warm vegan milk
Slices of banana
Pinch cinnamon powder
Directions: Toast raisin bread. Spread nut butter on & then honey. Cut toast if needed and place in a drip safe dish. Pour vegan milk of choice over top of toast so it pours on to dish. Lay down on toast slices of banana and sprinkle with cinnamon. Eat immediately. Comforting on a cool morning.
Optional: Try it with other fresh fruit such as blueberries or more raisons.
Tip: Prepare vegan milk and nut butter ahead of time for a quick breakfast.
