Equipment:  Blender, Fine strainer
Ingredients:

2 C rawsome vegan yogurt
1 C fresh raspberries or blackberries
½ C raw GF oat flakes
1 T + 1 T raw honey, melted
¼ tsp cinnamon spice
small pinch sea salt

Directions:  In a bowl mix oats, cinnamon, salt and then 1 T honey. Set aside. In a blender, blend berries with 1 T melted raw honey. Transfer to a fine strainer resting over a bowl and press berry puree with a spoon to separate seeds. Set berry syrup aside.  In another bowl add 2 C raw probiotic yogurt, drizzle in berry puree and stir 3-4 times just to run the syrup like thin ribbons through the yogurt. Scoop yogurt berry swirl mixture into popsicle mould, fill only ½ way. . Lightly tap on the counter to remove air bubbles. Stop and spoon in small amount of raw granola. Next fill up the moulds with ribboned yogurt and top with more granola on each one. Tap mould lightly again on counter to remove air bubbles then insert sticks. Makes 5 large or 7-8 small popsicles. Freeze 4-6 hours or overnight. Enjoy at breakfast on a warm morning.

Optional:  Can’t wait, skip the moulds and freezing and eat it as is. Heavenly!
